Dear North Beach School District Community,

Welcome to the 2024-25 school year! My name is Richard Zimmerman, and I am thrilled to be back in the North Beach School District serving as your Interim Superintendent. It is an honor to return to this wonderful community, and I am looking forward to an exciting and productive year ahead.

One of my main goals for this school year, in addition to ensuring we are responsible stewards of our resources, is to provide our students with excellent educational opportunities. We are committed to equipping our dedicated staff with the tools they need to meet the diverse needs of all our students, ensuring that every student has the support and resources to succeed.

Moreover, I am dedicated to working with all of you to provide the North Beach community with quality schools. We are continuing our efforts to make each of our school campuses safe and secure places of learning. Our district maintenance and custodial team has been busy working in each building, doing repairs, updates, and deep cleanings in all areas. All of our alarm systems have been serviced, additional security cameras are being installed, and fresh coats of paint are being applied in numerous areas.

We will have many opportunities for community involvement throughout the year, and I encourage you to regularly check the district website and the North Beach School District Facebook page for updates and information on how you can participate. You are also invited and encouraged to subscribe to the YouTube channel to get video updates on a regular basis.
