Schools are required to provide parents of a student with a disability, or suspected disability, with a notice containing a full explanation of the rights available to you under IDEA and the U.S. Department of Education regulations. The documents below explain your rights.
Special Education Records
The North Beach School District retains special education records six years from separation of services. If the student has not received services from NBSD in more than 6 years, those records are no longer available.
