Before you call, here are a few troubleshooting techniques to try to get your computer back up and running.
- Shut down your computer. Sometimes computers get stuck just like us and need a new start!
- Clear your browser history: To clear browsing data completely, simply click the options menu (the three dots situated at the top right corner of your screen) and select History. Under Clear browsing data, click the choose what time range to clear. Tick the types of history data you’d like to clear and select the Clear
